The investment made in building this place is unfortunately not matched by its managerial staff. If you enjoy a unique blend of arrogance and ignorance and are partial to guest relations from the Nazi school of hospitality, you'll like it. Otherwise stay away. Oh, and there was the small matter of a recent armed robbery of one my collegues in one of the resort's rooms. So competant security is another priority for management...
